We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options

When we dispatch
You pay by UK bank transfer at checkout. We'll dispatch as soon as your payment is confirmed – usually within 1 working day. We dispatch on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
If your payment hasn't arrived within 3 working days, we'll contact you, and we may then cancel the order.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way we'll let you know. If you have any questions, email kftech2026@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (+44 7453 351766) and quote your order reference (it starts with KFT-).
Problems with delivery
- Not arrived? Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the time above and we'll look into it with the courier.
- Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within a few days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. See Returns for your rights.
- Wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order is dispatched.
