Review policy

This page explains how customer reviews work on our website. It's written to follow UK consumer law on fake and misleading reviews (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).

How reviews are collected

Anyone who has bought or used a product can review it using the Write a review button on the product page. We also invite customers to review the items they ordered in our order confirmation email. Every review is written by a real customer: we never write, buy or make up reviews, and we never add star ratings that don't come from a customer.

Each review needs a star rating from 1 to 5. A title and written review are optional. One review per person per product.

We publish all genuine reviews

Every review is checked by a person at KF TECH before it appears, usually within 2 working days. We publish all genuine reviews, positive and negative. We never hide or delay a review because it's critical of us or the product, and we don't edit what you write (apart from removing web links and repeated characters automatically).

What we reject

We only reject a review if it:

  • is spam, advertising, or contains links;
  • is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive;
  • contains personal data (yours or someone else's), such as phone numbers or addresses;
  • isn't about the product (for example, it's about a delivery company or a different item);
  • appears to be fake, or written by someone with a conflict of interest (for example, KF TECH staff or a competitor).

Verified purchase

A Verified purchase badge means the reviewer added an order reference, and that order was placed with the same email address and included this product. Reviews without the badge are still genuine customer reviews: the reviewer may have bought elsewhere, received the product as a gift, or simply not added their reference.

No paid or incentivised reviews

We don't pay for reviews or offer discounts, gifts or prizes in exchange for them. If that ever changes, we'll say so clearly on the review.

What we show

We show your first name and last initial (e.g. "Sarah K."), your rating, title, review text and the date. Your email address and order reference are kept private and never shown. See our privacy policy.

Removing your review

You can ask us to remove your review at any time. Email kftech2026@gmail.com with the product name and the email address you used for the review, and we'll delete it.
