Terms & conditions

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

This website is run by KF TECH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12871693), registered office Office-C 313 Romford Road, London, England, E7 9HA. Contact: kftech2026@gmail.com · WhatsApp +44 7453 351766.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and have a UK delivery address. We sell to consumers; we don't currently deliver outside the UK.

3. Products and prices

  • Products are described and photographed as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur.
  • All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
  • If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Ordering and payment

  1. You place an order at checkout and receive an order reference (it starts with KFT-).
  2. You pay the total by UK bank transfer to the account shown at checkout, using that reference, and upload a screenshot or PDF of the payment.
  3. We email to confirm we've received your order. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your payment has arrived and dispatch your order.
  4. If your payment hasn't arrived within 3 working days, we may cancel the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

We never ask for card details. Only pay to the bank details shown at checkout and in our emails. If you're ever asked to pay somewhere else, please contact us first.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, prices and timings are on our Delivery page. The items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave.

6. Cancelling, returns and faulty items

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and you have rights if an item is faulty. See Returns & refunds and our Warranty.

7. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under consumer law).

8. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. We'll tell you and, if the delay is long, you can cancel for a refund.

9. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
