Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why, and your rights. We are KF TECH LTD (company number 12871693), Office-C 313 Romford Road, London, England, E7 9HA, and we're the "controller" of your data. Contact us about privacy at kftech2026@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, UK mobile number and delivery address; the items you order and the delivery option; and the proof of payment you upload (a screenshot or PDF of your bank transfer).
When you contact us: your name, email address, the message you send and, if you give it, your order reference.
On the website: your basket and checkout progress are saved in your own browser (not on our servers) so they aren't lost if you leave the page. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy.
We never ask for card details. Payment is by bank transfer from your own banking app.
Why we use it (and our lawful basis)

Who we share it with
We only share what's needed, with:
- Delivery couriers, to deliver your order (name, address, phone number).
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and securely stores proof-of-payment files.
- Resend, which sends our order emails.
- Google (Gmail), where our order emails are received.
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the USA. Where data leaves the UK, it's protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Proof-of-payment files: deleted after 90 days. They're kept only to process your order.
- Order details (what you bought, the price paid, delivery address): 6 years, because tax law requires us to keep business records.
- Messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Some rights don't apply to records we must keep by law. To use any of these rights, email kftech2026@gmail.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
Proof-of-payment files are stored privately: they can't be opened from a public web address. The website uses HTTPS throughout.
